I developed the concept for a series of social videos based around the relatable human moment when you get to share that ‘I Got The Job!’ news. The brief was to focus on three core career verticals; teaching, accounting and IT. From there I developed three distinct characters and brought their personalities to life through details in the script.

I directed the shoot and oversaw the creation of a suite of assets and cut downs for all platforms.

We took things even further by exploding the game out onto interactive screens at London’s ‘Outernet’ space and Bluewater shopping centre, where the public could try their luck at the mini games.

For the prizes, we worked with artists Kelly Anna, Currie Goat and Brothers Make to design sustainable limited edition swag that could be won through the game.
