Hotel Chocolat challenged us to increase sales of their category-defining Velvetiser by building a more emotionally distinctive brand in a market filled with cheaper dupes.
We launched ‘Velvetise Into Happiness’ which transformed the product into a symbol of “pourable chocolate happiness”. The hero film was an immersive journey that employed a thoughtful use of Gen AI and CGI and was amplified by a major ITV partnership.
It became the most effective TVC ever within the domestic appliance category, increasing purchase likelihood by 67%.

Following this success we created a similarly kaleidoscopic journey to celebrate the sheer enjoyment of Hotel Chocolat’s most popular treats.
